PADI Discover Scuba Diving

Our Easy Divers Red Sea Introductory Dive Course follows the requirements and standards of the PADI Discover Scuba Diving programme and because we have our superb House Reefs, we can always include a dive in the Red Sea. Our introductory dives are designed to safely take you below the surface to experience the joys and wonders of the beautiful coral reef with its abundance of fish and marine life.

No experience is necessary for this course. Our experienced instructors will teach you enough theory and some basic skills. They will then take you below the surface of the Red Sea in a way that you will find enjoyable. Once below the surface you will encounter hundreds of species of brightly coloured fish and a wide variety of corals.

Course Requirements

All participants must sign and complete the Discover Scuba Diving Statement before entering the water.
This course can only be under-taken by students after their 10 th birthday (our oldest student had just celebrated their 86 th birthday)

Course Overview

The Discover Scuba program is made up of two segments. A half hour talk on some of the basic scuba diving rules followed by some in water demonstrations and training.

You will then be taken on an actual dive on our House Reef. It is possible whilst conducting the dive to cover some of the basic in water skills that can be credited to the Open Water Course.
